This shipping option allows you to receive your order at your address. The shipping time may be different for each product, you can find the delivery time of each product along with its description. The amount of the shipment depends on your address and the products you have in the cart, we invite you to add to the cart the products that interest you and your address, and we will calculate the exact amount of your shipment.
Shipment to delivery point
Depending on your location, you may have available the option of shipping to delivery point. You can select this option if you prefer that we deliver your order in one of the available points, or if you will not be able to be in your home at the time of delivery. The shipping time may be different for each product, you can find the delivery time of each product along with its description.
Caphunters uses packaging that preserves the quality of our products, protecting them from the moment they leave our facilities until they reach your hands. Your order is inserted in a soft tissue bag, reusable, specially designed to protect your purchase. All shipments are made in cardboard boxes 100% recycled.
Orders are usually delivered in the morning. This depends on the local operation of the carrier and your location. Remember that it is not possible to indicate to the carrier the delivery time slot. In any case, with your order we will give you a tracking number where you can always know your location and you can check when it will be delivered.
Shipments are shipped from our warehouse in the afternoon and are delivered the next morning. You will receive a notice that your order is on the way as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
If your shipment has not arrived on the expected date, before contacting us please check that you do not have a notice in your mailbox, indicating that they have not been able to locate you in the delivery attempt.
You can check the status of your order from the order history. From there you can check the tracking of your order.
Keep in mind that there may be delays, due to local holidays, or some logistical setback. Please be patient, as soon as your order leaves our facilities we will let you know.
International orders (outside of Spain) may entail an additional variable charge for customs, which will depend in each case on the amount and the country of destination. These customs expenses must be borne by the consumer.
