When can I make a return?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return it.

In what situation is my return?

If you need to check the status of your refund, you can do so from "My account/My returns"

How can I make a refund?

To return your order, you can go to "My account/Order history", and there, click on "Make a return".
In some cases, you will have the option of requesting a return label for € 3.99 that will arrive by email and you will have to stick it to the packaging.
If not, you can send the package on your own. We will indicate the address to which to do so by email, make sure to use a parcel service with a tracking number.

How much does it cost to make a return?

You can return your orders for free as long as there is a defect in the item received. In case you want to return your order for other reasons, you will be charged for shipping costs.

I have received a defective product

In this case, in the "Reason for return" field, you must indicate that it is a return of defective products.
Returned products will be inspected to verify that it is a defect.

How do i send the products?

  • The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered, with its original packaging and labeling.
  • The shipment must be made with the cardboard box or bag in which it arrived. If this is not possible, use similar packaging to protect the product.
  • The product cannot have been used, washed or modified.

If you have returned a product that does not meet the above conditions, the refund will be denied and you can have the package at your home again paying the shipping costs.
